I firmly believe that every person has some sort of common ground with every other person. It is sometimes hidden under years of experiences or views or circumstances. But I think that given a perfect coffee shop with excellent coffee and sandwiches, a good internet connection for references and an unwavering commitment to patience and respect, we could any one of us sit down with any other of us and find common ground on which to build a truly meaningful relationship. And once you know that connection exists, then you can extend that connection to anyone you meet, regardless of if you’ve had the chance to actually sit down and find it.

Joel has spent the last 25+ years building a successful career in marketing and sales in a wide variety of industries. He has worked in aviation, construction, human resources and others while working everywhere from San Diego, California, to Geneva, Switzerland, to Coeur d’Alene, Idaho to Denver, Colorado. He has worked with small businesses and startups as well as Fortune 100 companies and everything in between. Joel is passionate about what he does, both for his employer as well as his clients, and his wide range of experiences have made him uniquely capable in what he does.

My wife of 27 years and my 4 children are my passion and joy. I’m extremely proud of all five of them and cherish every minute I get to spend with any of them. I enjoy cooking, hiking and camping and am passionate about coffee and spending time with friends and family. I love to restore or upgrade cars and work on them as a hobby.
