  • Effectively managing Webolutions’ overall marketing company marketing program, including:
    • Identification and evaluation of possible strategies
    • Creation of plan and annual budget
    • Successful plan implementation with team, including detailed ROI tracking and improvements adjustments
  • Effectively structure comprehensive strategic marketing programs for Webolutions key clients focused on client-specific goal achievement
  • Ability to effectively manage the implementation (self-work and our team) of comprehensive marketing programs to achieve client success goals

Background

I come from a long background of marketing, advertising, public relations, and communications. From all walks of life, I have worked marketing and am lucky enough to do what I love. I love it so much; I went and received my Masters of Communication Management in Marketing (NERD ALERT.)

On a serious note, I have worked direct and agency marketing with budgets from $0.00 (non-profit) to budgets of over $250 million (automotive,) and everywhere in-between. I thrive in figuring out the “how” when it comes to marketing needs and am constantly learning new and inventive ways of flushing through all the current advertising “noise.”

Fun Facts about Crystal Johnston

What inidiated my love for creativity was being an active member in improv and stand-up comedy. When COVID hit, I had to take a break, but I am now a casted member of the Dinner Detectives, an interactive comedy dinner theater. I also elbowed Glenn Close in the head, but we will save that story for another day!

Elvis Presley once flew in his private jet from Memphis to Denver’s Stapleton Airport just for a sandwich.
