Challenging the status quo is where I live. Since a young age I’ve had a need to take one thing and make it easier, faster, more efficient. Even though I always knew I was good at understanding a goal and finding a better way to reach it, I did not always know how to put this superpower to use. It wasn’t until I found my passion in technology that everything clicked into place. Since then I have been using my superpower to solve business problems by truly understanding their vision and bridging the technology gap. In my 10 years of helping find real world business solutions, I learned that trying to solve a problem for your own business is like trying to read a prescription label from inside the bottle. Not only will I read the label for you, I’ll implement the prescription.

I’m an experienced technical lead with a strong passion for designing automated systems that improve the efficacy of business processes. My superpower is the ability to shape a non-technical ‘vision’ from executives, investors, or business owners – into specific technical requirements, communicated across organizational levels.
I had the opportunity to work closely with and learn from c-level executives and angel investors when I was in my mid-20s. During that time, I assisted in the growth of an online reputation monitoring company from less than $100,000 in yearly recurring revenue to over $1,000,000+ in yearly recurring revenue monitoring online reviews for 2 million healthcare providers.
Since then, I’ve founded several businesses, consulted for hundreds of others, and successfully developed strategic business relationships that led to MSP partnerships with three legacy print advertisement companies. The most significant collaboration was with a popular travel magazine company, which introduced my services to over 50,000 hotels, visitor bureaus, and travel organizations.
The realization that legacy print companies must change the way they service clients in the digital age resulted in the formation of (BIAS) Business Intelligent Automation Solutions, a white-labeled-solution-as-a-service company. Providing full-service digital marketing and custom development solutions to multiple industry-specific partner companies, as well as access to on-demand consulting.
Finding my place at Webolutions provided me with freedom and resources to thrive professionally and personally. Allowing me to focus on what I enjoy most – solving business problems, helping others, and building a team. What pulled me in to the Webolutions family was our CEOs (John Vachalek) Passionate Vision for the future combined with an honest and caring company culture.
